Oakwood
Oakwood is a freelance layout built by one of our members for his grand-daughter. Her requirements were that the layout was to be a continuous run with station, goods shed, sidings and engine shed.
The layout is not based on anywhere in particular as she just loves to run any type of stock from modern image to the steam era.
The scenery consists of a farm and a few other buildings - very rural in fact. The village of Oakwood is off the layout.
